Appointment & Therapy Portal
Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite — Please read all the way to the end before you continue.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite website, the online appointment booking, the enrollment form and the parent portal, and the services the Center provides to your child. In these terms, "the Center", "we" and "us" mean Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite; "you" means the parent or legal guardian who books, enrolls or signs in; and "your child" means the child you enroll.
You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child, or a person with legal authority to make decisions for the child, and at least 18 years old. By continuing, you confirm that the information you give is true and that you are entitled to enroll the child.
Where the Center approves it, an invoice may be settled through an installment plan instead of a single payment. If an installment plan is granted:
By enrolling, you agree that the Center may contact you by email, by phone and through the parent portal about appointments, enrollment decisions, payments, attendance, schedule changes, closures, renewals and your child's progress. These are service messages; the Center does not send advertising. You can change your email preferences in the portal settings, but notices required to run your child's enrollment will still be sent.
The Center is a place for young children. Parents, guardians and visitors are expected to treat staff, children and other families with courtesy. The Center may restrict access to its premises or to the portal for behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful to others.
The Center works to keep the website and parent portal available and accurate, but they may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as internet or power interruptions. The Center keeps backups of its records. To the extent the law allows, the Center is not liable for loss caused by a temporary interruption of the website or portal.
The Center may update these terms, for example when a program, fee or the law changes. The current version is always available on the website, and important changes will be announced to enrolled families. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be settled through discussion with the Center shall be brought before the proper courts of the Province of Cavite.
For questions about these terms, contact Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite at cambrigeshirecavite@gmail.com or 0947 816 6888, or visit us at Milagrosa Carmona, Cavite, Philippines.
By checking the agreement box and continuing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions — including the installment payment terms — on behalf of my child. I confirm I have separately read the Data Privacy Notice.

Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite respects your privacy and your child's. This notice explains what personal information we collect through our website, online booking, enrollment form and parent portal, why we collect it, who can see it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. We process personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
Cambridgeshire International Preschool Cavite, located at Milagrosa Carmona, Cavite, Philippines, decides how and why your personal information is processed. In the language of the Data Privacy Act, the Center is the personal information controller. Questions and requests about your personal information are handled by the school administration, whose contact details are at the end of this notice.
Your child's health records, assessment results, therapy notes and progress reports, and details such as age, religion and government-issued identification numbers, are sensitive personal information under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act. We collect them only because they are needed to care for and teach your child safely, we process them with your consent, and we give them the highest level of protection described in this notice.
Our services are for young children, who cannot give consent themselves. The parent or legal guardian gives consent on the child's behalf when enrolling. We collect only what we need to care for, teach and keep the child safe, and we handle every child's information in the child's best interest.
We process personal information on the grounds allowed by Sections 12 and 13 of the Data Privacy Act: your consent; the enrollment agreement between you and the Center; our legal obligations; the protection of your child's life and health in an emergency; and our legitimate interest in keeping our systems and records secure. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as explained below.
Inside the Center, access is limited by role, so each person sees only what they need:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing.
Our website uses only the cookies needed to make it work: one keeps you signed in and protects your session, and another protects forms against misuse. If you tick "Keep me signed in", a cookie remembers your sign-in on that device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If there is a security incident that is likely to put your rights at real risk, we will act at once to contain it, and we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of learning of it, as required by the Commission's rules on personal data breach management (NPC Circular No. 16-03). The notice will say what happened, what information was affected, what we are doing about it, and what you can do to protect yourself.
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, and it may mean we can no longer provide some services, for example therapy that depends on recorded assessments.
You can correct many details yourself in the parent portal's Settings. For anything else, contact the school administration at cambrigeshirecavite@gmail.com or 0947 816 6888, or visit us at Milagrosa Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, so that no one else can obtain or change your family's information.
Please keep your contact details, your child's health information and the list of persons authorized to collect your child up to date, and tell us of any change.
We may update this notice when our services, our systems or the law change. The current version is always available on our website, and important changes will be announced to enrolled families.
By checking the agreement box and continuing, I confirm that I have read and understood this notice, and I consent to the collection, use, storage and processing of my child's and my personal and medical information for the purposes described above.
